We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Sauki operates from the United States, France, and Niger. Your data may therefore be transferred to, and processed in, any of these jurisdictions, with a level of protection appropriate to the nature of the data concerned.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hosting on secure servers protected by firewalls, regular security audits, and strict access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and in particular for up to 7 years for financial records, in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations.
