These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Sako application and the Site, offered by SAUKI INC (Delaware, United States), together with Sauki SAS (France) and Sauki SAS (Niger) — see our Legal Notice for the full identification of these companies. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Sako is available 24/7, subject to maintenance and technical or legal constraints. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice, in particular in the event of a breach of these Terms.
To create a Sako account, you must:
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when registering, and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Storing and managing USDC, sending and receiving funds between Sako users, viewing your balance and transaction history, and secure authentication. This wallet is created and maintained by Bridge, a regulated Money Services Business (MSB) registered with FinCEN in the United States.
Bank transfers, transfers to mobile money (where supported), real-time exchange rates, and transfer tracking.
Purchasing airtime for yourself or a third party, and paying utility bills (electricity, water, and others).
Sending and receiving funds between verified Sako users.
Bridge handles the custody and transfer of digital assets on the Sako platform. Sako acts as a technology facilitator and is not responsible for services provided by Bridge beyond that facilitation role. By using Sako, you also agree to be bound by Bridge's own terms and conditions.
Fees may apply to your transactions: transaction fees, foreign exchange fees, and fees for airtime purchases and bill payments. These fees are disclosed to you before you confirm each transaction. Third-party fees (charged by Bridge or by receiving institutions) may also apply.

Using stablecoins involves inherent risks, including volatility risk (even though they are designed to maintain a stable value), technology risk related to blockchain networks (network congestion, irreversibility of transactions), and regulatory risk arising from the evolving legal framework. You must use a strong password, enable two-factor authentication where available, and never share your credentials. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to support@sauki.io.
All software, graphic elements, and trademarks associated with Sako are the property of SAUKI INC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application under these Terms. For information about the Site's intellectual property, see our Legal Notice.
We use best efforts to keep our services available, but we do not guarantee continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for the consequences of an event of force majeure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@sauki.io; closure is processed within 30 days, subject to our compliance obligations. We may also terminate your access, with or without cause, and with immediate effect in the event of a breach, suspected fraud, or for legal reasons. Available balances are returned to you in accordance with applicable regulations.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you through the application or by email. Continued use of Sako after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to SAUKI INC, namely the law of the State of Delaware, and the courts of New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We encourage you to contact us before initiating legal proceedings. The governing law applicable to each group entity is set out in our Legal Notice.
